For the grand opening, American actress Eva Longoria-Parker (Desperate Housewives) and her husband Tony Parker (player for the NBA's San Antonio Spurs) flew in from Los Angeles as guests of honor of family Kornmesser. In an elegant white festival tent and adjoining garden, more than 400 VIPs  celebrated a Great Gatsby-style party with champagne, lobster, caviar and smooth jazz music.
